Q. When can I add this in my skin care routine?
A. We recommend to use this product at the first step of your skincare. It can be used during both morning and night, but we recommend you to apply it as a night care due to the features of the ingredients. *Please note that applying an oil product beforehand can interfere with the absorption.

Q. Do I need to start anti-aging if I’m still in my 20s?
A. Anti-aging care can start depending on your skin condition. We recommend this product for all ages, to delay the aging process.

Q. Color turned to the green/ grey/transparent ! Is this okay to use?
A. The color may change due to the ingredient - Guaiazulene. This is a natural phenomenon that appears on pure ingredient, it is safe to use.

Q. What are EGF and bFGF?
Our body produces EGF (Epidermal growth factor) and bFGF (Basic fibroblast growth factor) naturally. Both ingredients are key factors to stimulate cell growth and are effective in wound healing. This keeps the skin firm and smooth and is crucial in improving skin elasticity.

However, in the mid-20s, the concentration of EGF in the body decreases rapidly, and the amount of collagen produced in the skin also drops to 50%.
