Q. What is hemp fiber?
A. Hemp fibers have been used for centuries to manufacture clothes, bags, shoes, paper, building materials, and insulation purposes.
Hemp is one of the strongest and most durable of all natural textile fibers. Not only is hemp strong, but it also holds its shape, stretching less than any other natural fiber including cotton.

Q. Why is this mask made out of hemp? How effective is it to prevent the virus?
A. Hemp Mask is a great sustainable alternative for the disposable mask. Hemp is known for its antibacterial properties, and is breathable and comfortable on the skin. Please note this is a non-medical grade mask and might not be possible to completely block small virus particles.

Q. How to wash?
A. It is best to hand wash in cold water (below 30℃) with a neutral detergent and let it air dry. You can also put it directly into the washing machine and machine dry in low temperature.

Q. How long does this Hemp mask last?
A. It is recommended to replace this reusable mask after 6 months of use. If worn every day, it would be safer to replace it after 2-3 months of use. For sanitary reasons, we advise you to get spare ones and wash them as often as possible.
The recommended period of use may vary depending on how frequently you wear the mask. This does not mean that the antibacterial properties of the mask will be reduced.
