Why You Need Vitamin C Serum in Your Vanity

These are usually 3 different ways we usually take Vitamin C; fruits or food with Vitamin C, Vitamin C supplements or Vitamin C in a bottle of a serum (or in a bottle of cream). And all three different categories of Vitamin C serve a purpose in our health and skin. We reach out for different categories for different reasons however, three does share will benefit our body or our skin in both ways. Vitamin C is known to be a great source of strengthening immunity, reduce inflammation and even reduce the risk of cancer. Some have proved to be true yet some are still controversial. However, when it comes to its' skin benefits, applying Vitamin C directly on the skin shows more clear and short term benefits.

And that is what we are specifically going to be talking about here today, LAA, Vitamin C in its most potent form.
