7 Summer Skincare Tips that Will Save Your Skin
Here’s some tips to take care of your skin during summer:
1. Wear your sunscreen (and reapply)
Choose a lightweight and non-greasy sunscreen. It will also be good if the sunscreen has a cooling sensation. You can also opt for sunscreens that are formulated for daily use.
Monday to Sunday, Sunrise til Sunset, Inside and Outside

2. Use lightweight gel moisturiser
gel moisturisermore oil. In fact, you actually need moisturiser as much as you need it during the winter. You can use a gel moisturiser that can absorb quickly in the skin and won’t feel greasy during the day.
3. Use a good antioxidant serum
Levelling up your antioxidants in summer is important as it helps to protect you better from the UV rays and free radicals. You can choose a serum rich in antioxidant ingredients such as Vit C, Vit E, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Retinol, and many more.
4. Use a multipurpose product (instead of layering)
Less is more. Applying too many products during the summer may make you feel stuffy and cause a less better absorption. You can choose a moisturiser and sunscreen with high antioxidants so you won’t need to apply as many products.
5. Reapply your sunscreen
The UV Index is averagely higher during the summer compared to other seasons. Your sunscreen could wear off after 2-3 hours if you are doing outdoor activities. Always reapply your sunscreen after 2-3 hours if you are doing outdoor activities and after 3-4 hours if you are doing indoor activities with direct sunlight.
Under the Same Sun Together and Separate
The UV Defense Moist Cream is a quadruple sunscreen with SPF 50+ PA++++ which provides full protection against UVA, UVB and as well as infrared radiation and blue light. The efficacy of UV Defense Moist Cream has been proven through meticulous in-vivo tests by three separate labs to ensure that it provides as highest level of sun protection as possible.Tested to improve the skin hydration density by 1,048%, it deeply hydrates the skin while improving fine lines with adenosine, allowing to simplify your routine.
6. You (may) want to wash your face more than twice a day
Though some may say that it is not good to wash your face more than twice a day, there is no absolute right or wrong in this. During the summer, your skin could get dirtier easily and it is allowed to wash your face more than twice a day as long as it does not strip your skin’s natural oils.
7. Use some extra protection (umbrella, sunglasses, and more)
Protection from skincare done. It won’t hurt to wear extra protection such as an umbrella, hat, sunglasses, UPF and many more to help you protect your skin from the UV rays.
