There is no better way to celebrate the start of summer than to sit down and have a nice conversation about sunscreen! Wishtrend is thrilled to share probably one of the most exciting news in the summer skincare category. By Wishtrend’s UV Defense Moist Cream just launched exclusively on Wishtrend, and today the UV Defense Moist Cream will be officially launched on various platforms. And just a month ago, the Dear, Klairs All-day Airy Sunscreen took back the throne of the best Korean sunscreen. It sold out in only three weeks! And now everyone is waiting for its restock. Wishtrend is offering two new amazing sunscreens this summer!

Now the real question is, which one will work better for your skin and how are they different?

Before Application

The best word to describe the Dear, Klairs All-day Airy Sunscreen is “weightless”. The watery consistency has a lightweight texture which prevents uneven application on the skin. This light yellow formula is close to a hydrating lotion/essence texture than a typical sunscreen. You can feel the fresh texture full of moisture.

Compared to the Klairs All-day Sunscreen, the By Wishtrend UV Defense Moist Cream has a thicker consistency. As you can see from its name, this sunscreen feels more like a moisturizing cream. If you have oily skin use a slightly thicker but hydrating SPF product like this and skip the moisturizer/lotion step in your morning skincare routine. This will keep your skin moisturized and protected, but not overly heavy.  Even though it has a thick consistency, it has a smooth texture so it spreads easily on the skin. This one sits more heavily on the skin, so many Wishtrenders recommend that it can be used as a makeup primer!

After Application

The Dear, Klairs All-day Airy Sunscreen Unlike its light and moist first impression once applied to the skin you will feel a refreshing finish that isn’t too dewy. Due to its light watery formula, it absorbs quickly into the skin leaving a non-sticky surface. This sunscreen has no white cast, so it can be used by everyone with various skin tones. If you are too lazy to always use an oil cleanser to wash off sunscreen, try this one out! The easy-washable formula makes your nighttime skincare routine a lot more enjoyable.

The By Wishtrend UV Defense Moist Cream is also easy to apply. You may be scared that this sunscreen might leave a white cast on your skin, but once thoroughly rolled on your skin it leaves no white cast. Instead, you will be left with a healthy-looking glow. Are you not a fan of sunscreen because you have sensitive skin, and certain sunscreens sting your eyes? Then this is the one for you. Being hypoallergenic, the UV Defense Moist Cream is suitable for all types of skin including sensitive.
