It’s light but hydrating! Perfect for dry, dehydrated skin types or dull, fatigued due to it’s brightening effects. Created with ground Yeoju rice, this toner helps to get rid of impurities located deep within the skin and exfoliates for smoother, hydrated skin. This has a light milky consistency but applies clear to the skin. Be aware that you do need to shake the bottle before application due to the toner separates into a watery layer and a thicker layer. This is because it splits into a water and emulsion. This toner absorbs almost immediately after application and doesn’t leave the skin sticky or tacky. Just soft, smooth and hydrated. I try to stock on them whenever they are on offer so I don't run out. I love how they come in three different sizes to use in different cases. When I have quite an inflamed pimple I put one of the patches on and overnight the pimple will calm down.
